Once you have completed the form, please sign and forward it to Coach Parker via email at info@hometeamnc.org and click the Pay Now button below to make a payment online. The form may also be submitted at camp registration on the day of camp (On-site registration is not guaranteed).

The Camp fee is $40.00 which includes instruction and all camper privileges. Only cash is accepted for late registrations submitted on the first day of Camp and payment must be made on site.
Due to the popularity of this Camp, please be mindful that space is very limited and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, applications must be received early to guarantee reservation.
